The offer is valid on transactions done on Goibibo mobile application only (Android, IOS, Windows)
Minimum booking value in case of Domestic flights is Rs. 4000 (One Way) & Rs. 6500 (Round Trip) & on International flights is Rs. 25000
Max cashback for Domestic flights is Rs. 500 (One Way) & Rs. 1200 (Round Trip) & on International flights is Rs. 2500 per card
Minimum booking value in case of International flights is Rs. 25000 and valid only on Round Trip bookings.
Minimum booking value in case of hotels is Rs. 3000 and valid only on Domestic Hotels.
Minimum booking value in case of both Flights and Hotels must meet post applying goCash or any other payment component.
Additional 30% cash back on hotels will be calculated on value remaining after applying 60% discount on Goibibo app. Max cashback of Rs. 1200 per card
To avail the offer Customer need to enter Promo code GOFEST before payment. If Promo code is not entered correctly then customer will not receive any cash back.
Cash back will be credited to the customer card account for eligible transactions on or before 31st August, 2016 on a best effort basis. The time line provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
The offer can be availed once per product category (Domestic Flight, International Flight, Hotels) per card.
The offer will be applicable exclusively to all SBI Bank Debit and Credit Card during the term
All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:00 hrs on 21st June, 2016 till 23:59 hrs on 24th June, 2016 shall be considered under this offer.
The Offer is not valid on EMI transactions
The offer is brought to the Customers solely by the participating merchant
It is mandatory for the Customers to pay with a valid State Bank Debit & Credit Card issued in India only to avail the Offer.
Offer is valid on all Hotels available on Goibibo mobile app unless where Promo Codes aren’t applicable.
Offer is not valid for transactions made on IVR/Phone with Goibibo Customer Care.
The Offer is valid only on first transaction per card per product category (Domestic Flight, International Flight, Hotels) . In case of more than 1 transaction within product category the offer savings will be applicable for 1 transaction only.
Offer is valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants.
Hotels and flights are subject to availability.
The Offer is not applicable for a transaction where a refund/ or partial or complete cancellation has been processed.
The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer at Goibibo mobile app and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person/customer.
Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to Goibibo and that State Bank Debit & Credit Card shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to State Bank Debit & Credit Card shall be forwarded to Goibibo who shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within reasonable time.
The Offer is valid only if the State Bank Debit & Credit Card holder’s account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach State Bank Debit & Credit Card before the payment due date.
State Bank Debit Card & SBI Cards and Goibibo reserve the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the terms of the Offer during the Term, without assigning any reasons thereof.
The terms & conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India.
If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Goibibo or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Goibibo or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Goibibo or the other entity/ies, then Goibibo and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
The terms & conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to & not in substitution/derogation to the rules & regulations governing the use of the State Bank Debit & Credit Card and/or the SBI websites as stated above. Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to SBI from usage of credit and debit cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by State Bank Debit & Credit Card Terms & Conditions and the Card member Terms and Conditions.
State Bank Debit & Credit Card reserve the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel or amend/modify/vary any of the terms & conditions of this Offer, without assigning any reasons therefore.
All of Goibibo and State Bank Debit & Credit Card cards actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi for SBI Card & Mumbai for State Bank Debit Card
The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
