Shipping:If your pincode is serviced by FedEx, shipping is not going to be an issue. They usually ship within 2-3 days by FeDeX.
I have ordered more than 10 products in the last 6 months. Never it was an issue.
Quality: The packaging is decent. They directly source items from reputed shops. Hence not an issue.

Customer care: Sucks big time. If your payment gets stuck or order is not placed. It will be very difficult and 4-5 followups to get your amount back. The customer care is the worst thing about this website.
