To make coupon applicable, you have to select 4 products (approx) and shipping charges become Rs.156. So, effective discount is roughly 25%.
Seller is “Jockey India, Bangalore, Karnataka”. They can very well send it in one packet. Then why 4 times shipping?

i am not qualified enough to comment how jockey is supposed to manage their logistics. However, i never bought any jockey product for 40% off from jockey directly.
