Offer Summary

Under the offer all HDFC Credit Card holders are eligible to get an additional 5% discount on Shopclues.com, m.shopclues.com and Shopclues mobile app. (“offer”).
Offer applicable on a minimum transaction of Rs. 5,000.
Maximum discount per Cardholder is Rs. 750.
Valid from 23rd July ’16 till 30th July ’16, inclusive of both dates (“Offer Period”)
Offer applicable on all categories and all sellers except gold, precious jewelry, gold coins and bars
How to qualify for the offer?

The customer needs to choose the credit card option on the payment page.
The Cardholder needs to select credit cards as the payment mode and then provide your HDFC credit card details
The customer will not qualify for the offer in case he wishes to make the payment via a wallet service or any other payment service.
Detailed process to avail the Offer:

Log on to Shopclues.com, m.shopclues.com or Shopclues mobile app
Purchases incurred outside the promotion period will not qualify for the offer.
No coupon code is required to avail the offer.
The customer only needs to enter the relevant card details to avail the offer.
Extra discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer at the time of purchase.
In case there is an existing discount available on the offer (selected categories) by Shopclues.com, HDFC Credit Card holders will be eligible for additional 5% discount over and above the existing offer on Shopclues.com
The Cardholder will need to make the complete payment through HDFC credit cards.
HDFC credit cards and Shopclues collectively reserve their absolute right at any time to add, alter, withdraw, modify or change or vary any or all the terms and conditions of the Offer at its sole discretion or discontinue this Offer without any further Notice and the same shall be binding on the Cardholder at all times
What are other Terms and Conditions?

The offer is applicable on all categories except Gold coins and bars.
The offer is valid only on transactions on & above Rs. 5,000
The offer is valid up to three transactions subject to maximum discount of Rs.750/- per cardholder during the offer period
Offer period : 23rd to 30th July 2016, both dates inclusive
The offer is valid up to three transactions per card during the offer period.
Discount will be calculated on the final transaction amount
In case of a cancellation/refund, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refund due, while checking eligibility of the discount.
This offer is being offered by the participating service establishment and would be fulfilled at the partner’s end only
To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the HDFC Credit Card. No cash alternative is available.
This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
HDFC Credit Cards is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. Discount offer valid only on Retail Credit Cards. Offer not valid on Corporate, Commercial Credit cards. Delinquent cardholders will be disqualified from the said promotion.
This offer is non-encashable, not extendable and non-negotiable.
If a card member has more than 1 (one) HDFC Bank Credit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.
In case, the card member holds more than 1(one) Credit Card with HDFC Bank; the card member would need to call up the Customer Call Centre and confirm which card(s) the said offer may be availed for.
The above offer is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
