Is it good for health ?

Peanut butter is good for health and it actually helps in weight loss too! You can Google! And this is little overpriced, I buy 950g for rs 275/- in big basket

Which one is more economical( i meant which is more cheaper) ? 510g or 340g?

The one with only peanuts and salt as ingredients is good.

100% pure Peanut butter is made from peanuts. You can make it at home, check youtube videos, you have roast peanuts and then grind it till it becomes creamy. Peanut butter is not for weight loss, it has 50% fat, 25% protein and 25% carbs aprox.

I used to eat Dr. Oetkar’s peanut butter, then I found out it has hydrogenated oil which is dangerous for health, then I stopped using it. All cheap PB has this hydrogenated oil, so avoid it at any cost. Only Teddie USA and The Butternut Co. are oil, sugar and preservative free, both are available at Amazon.

Good find no doubt. Upvoted ur post.
But the deal itself is hogwash. Its regular hydrogenated fat filled peanut butter sold at inflated price so they can offer discount. Its almost double the price. They dont mention the peanut content.
Its very sad now amazon is full of such deals.
The peanuts they use are hybrid so I would avoid it. Its better to make peanut butter at home. If you dont have a high speed blender you can easily make it with your regular blender in the small jar which you grind masalas. Just add some good groundnut oil to make it smooth.
Its cheaper and you know what you are getting. Oh and you can use the red skinned peanuts if you are making at home. They are healthy and don’t have alfa toxins. They are also called "Upvaas"Fasting peanuts
