This offer (“Offer”) is being provided by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPSL”) and is made available on the website www.ama...in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “in”) by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”).

The Offer is valid from July 10, 2018 10:00 hours to July 12, 2018 23:59 hours or until stocks of the Products (defined below) that are made available by– Cloudtail, Appario Retail Pvt Ltd, Green Mobiles, Darshita Electronics and Rocket Kommerce LLP (“Participating Sellers”)- on Amazon.in last, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon and SBICPSL, without any prior notice and without any liability.
Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases a new Redmi smartphone and/or MI accessory (each a “Product”) on Amazon.in from Participating Sellers, and makes payment for the Product using the Card, will be entitled to receive an instant discount of Flat Rs.500 on such purchased Product, provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 7,500 on a per transaction basis. In other words, customers who purchase the Product(s) in accordance with the above and during the Offer Period will pay the list price of the Product determined by the sellers less Rs.500. Cardholders need to check the offer eligibility on the Product Page.
The purchase of the Product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange, applicable to the sale of the Product on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Product by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders for the Product, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 7,500. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the Cardholders for the Product, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than INR 7,500, such Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) at Amazon.in will also be eligible for this Offer.
This Offer is NOT applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option.
The instant discount provided to Cardholders under this Offer is being funded completely by SBICPSL, to the total exclusion of Amazon.
The Offer can be availed only once per Card. In other words, in the event a customer avails the Offer using a Card in accordance with these Offer Terms, such customer will not be entitled to avail the Offer again using the same Card (whether such customer buys the same Product or a different variant of the Product).
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the Participating Sellers or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded.
Amazon and/or SBICPSL reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
Amazon and/or SBICPSL reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
Delinquent and over-limit SBICPSL’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SBICPSL or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card agreement.
