I think this offer is for those customers who NEVER EVER transact on BIGBAZAR.. It doesn’t matter that you’re old or new user..the only condition is that it is your FIRST EVER transaction on BIGBAZAR with MOBIKWIK..then only you will eligible for cb.. 
Guys.. I had another number thru which I register on mobikwik and did first transaction with big bazaar itself and spent 400…promptly got 200 in 1 hour.. Hope its helpful… I guess if its first transaction ever…
