Recharge using Mastercard and get 10% off**
1. This offer will be applicable on all Mastercard debit, prepaid and credit cards being registered/ saved for the first time on myAirtel app or at www.air...in

2. The offer is not applicable on Mastercard cards which have already been registered/ saved on either myAirtel app or www.air...in before 7th November, 2017.

3. This Offer is valid from 7th Nov 2017 to 31st Dec 2017, on payments made for Airtel Prepaid recharges.

4. A maximum of one Airtel Prepaid recharge per month is eligible for this Offer during the Offer period.

5. The customer will have to recharge using the same Mastercard card in the second month to get the 10% cashback offer.

6. Cashback amount will be credited back to the customer’s Mastercard debit, prepaid or credit card within 25 working days from the day of recharge.

7. The maximum Cashback amount is capped at Rs.100 for each recharge. Thus, a customer who recharges twice (once each month) within the offer period using the same Mastercard Card can get a maximum cashback of Rs.200 for two recharges.

8. The customer can register/ save as many Mastercard cards as he/ she wants on Airtel as long as that card has not been registered/ saved on Airtel’s portals before. Each card will be eligible for one cash back each month during the offer period.

9. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Airtel. This Offer is not valid for special, commercial or enterprise plans.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each customer and by subscribing to the Offer, the customer accepts the same as binding upon him/her.

11. The terms and conditions of usage of Airtel, so far, as the same are not inconsistent with the present terms and conditions, continue to be applicable upon the customer as a user of Airtel’s mobile services.

12. Airtel and Mastercard will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel and Mastercard suspends or cancels the Offer, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel and Mastercard will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer.

13. AIRTEL HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, RELATING TO THE CUSTOMER AVAILING, NOT RECEIVING OR CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE OFFER.

14. No representation or warranty of any kind is given by the Mastercard as to the Offer and all liability of any kind whatsoever is excluded to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Mastercard absolves itself from the liability of the suspension, cancellation or termination of the Offer for any reason whatsoever; virus or other corruption, technical or mechanical error or failure, human error, negligence or unauthorized human intervention, or the operation or administration of the Offer; technical or mechanical errors related to computers, servers, mobile phones, satellites, telephone lines, network lines or any other equipment.

15. The Offer cannot be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such Offer or product or service by Mastercard.

16. Mastercard and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable with respect to the Offer to any person for any deficiency, delay, omission or failure related to or connected with the Offer or any component, thereof.

17. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no person shall have any claim whatsoever against Mastercard and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents in respect of any action, proceeding, judgment, damage or loss (including, without limitation, incidental, punitive, consequential, special, direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of business opportunity or economic loss), expense, injury (including, without limitation, death or personal injury), damage to property or liability suffered or incurred by any such person in connection with or with respect to the Offer.

18. The telecom products and services offered under this Promotion are provided solely by Airtel, under such terms and conditions as determined by Airtel, and Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services.

19. AIRTEL AND MASTERCARD MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF THE OFFER AND ITS SERVICES INCLUDING AS TO ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, DISRUPTION OR ERROR FREE OPERATION.

20. Please note that the statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from either Airtel or Mastercard regarding Airtel’s services or its availability. Airtel’s network and the provisions of the Offer is available on an ‘as and where is available’ basis and Airtel makes no representation, guarantee or warranty regarding the availability, fitness for any specified purpose or error free operation of the network. Network availability may be affected due to various reasons including force majeure, acts of god, inclement weather, topographical/ geographic/ demographic factors, maintenance work, availability of interconnection with other networks, etc.

21. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to these terms, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
