The best thing is you can apply promo codes and pay by myntra balance unlike jabong where you get the credit in the form of promo voucher thus limiting to apply either promo or balance code. You can also partly pay by balance & other part through other modes in Myntra like if you wish to buy iten of 2200, purchase voucher of 2000 (at discounted price) & balance 200 pay as COD

Unused balance will remain lying as Myntra credit & may be used in subsequent purchases

No GST deduction at the time of GV purchase. At present there is no GV for jabong available (on discount at least). I am not sure abt present earlier While adding GV to your account, Jabong used to add 10% extra amt, however it could be used as voucher & another discount code was not applicable.

I know, I had bought jabong vouchers almost a year back at 20% disc + 10% addl top-up.. used it in non discount products..
When I used those vouchers, GST used to disappear as well..
Just wanted to know if it does with Myntra as well and if jabong vouchers do come back

You should understand the logic behind the GST or Handling charges disappearance, Jabong voucher is applied before calculation for final payment ( as promotional voucher) and in case your net payable becomes NIL ie. your total payable amount is less than Voucher balance in your account, net payable is Zero and hense no Handling & No GST as well. Whereas in Myntra the Cash balance is used as payment option i.e. after calculation of final payament amount accounting for promotional discount and it will never be zero hense GST is applied as per net payable amount.

I have no idea about Jabong vouhcer sale in future.

Actually, the GST becomes nil even if u have and apply just 1 rupee of Jabong voucher..
