How many time we can use physical DC or cc in PayPal never used in PayPal

I think people getting ‘cannot add card’ error should try adding it to a new account created on a new device. As I said, they are somehow able to track the number of accounts you have, so maybe we are getting this error because we are adding it to another account on the same device. If you create a new account on a new device, that shouldn’t be an issue. It’s worth a shot

Can we use the cashback multiple times? like I have to buy gift voucher but it is available in denominations 500 and 100. Will the rest of the amount of cashback voucher will be available to use next time or is it single time usable?

Paypal voucher T&C clearly states that it can be used multiple times till its expiry.

We only deduct the purchase value from the cashback voucher amount. You can use the remaining cashback voucher for future eligible purchases.

Can someone help me? Its first ever transaction of paypal or first transaction in myntra? If i have extra debit card how to utilise that should I make a new account with new number in paypal and add that card?
