1. This limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) is a promotional initiative provided by Amazon Seller Services Private. Limited. (“ASSPL”) and is made available on www.ama...in or on the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by ASSPL.
2. Amazon Gift Cards (“Gift Card(s)”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on Amazon.in across all eligible products subject to the terms and conditions available at https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display....
3. These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Gift Card (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer (defined hereunder) only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
4. This Offer is valid for a period of 39 days between October 21, 2016 and October 31, 2016 AND between November 3rd, 2016 and November 30th, 2016- both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by ASSPL in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
5. Under this Offer, every person who, during the Offer Period, makes a purchase of any product/ products listed by a seller on Amazon Pantry (such person hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser” and product(s) hereinafter referred to as “Product(s)”), shall be entitled to receive promotional Gift Card(s) in accordance with the below mentioned criteria:
a. First Time Orders- For the first ever purchase made from the Amazon Pantry by the Purchaser (hereinafter each a “First Order”), Purchaser shall be eligible to receive a Gift Card worth 5% of the total invoice value of the First Order, up to a maximum of a Gift Card value worth INR 200 per order, provided that the invoice value of such eligible order, at the time of delivery, is equal to or more than INR 1000.
6. However, in the event such order is cancelled by either the Purchaser or the seller, the Purchaser will not be eligible to receive Gift Card(s). In the event the purchased product is rejected or returned by the Purchaser, ASSPL may not provide Gift Cards to such Purchasers. Any decision in this regard shall be made by ASSPL at its sole discretion.
7. The Gift Card will be sent to the registered email ID of the eligible Purchaser by ASSPL within 30 days from the date of order delivery.
8. Gift Cards are brought to you by Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd.
9. Gift Card(s) will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift card can be used to purchase Non-Amazon Gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
10. ASSPL reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
11. This Offer is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
