Rashan Combos are expensive.. 1000Rs combo for example. Combos for 700approx if you take the items from local wholesale shop near..
but during this lockdown the availability is good. Those who donot have access to nearby shops can order here.
The PayPal cashback voucher is not the same as PayPal Cash. So you will have to spend the voucher to buy something again. The voucher has an expiry date too. Do you want to enter that vicious cycle?

I ordered 10 Kg Rice and it took 2 days to get it delivered. It is a good step by Netmeds during this lock-down period.
