Following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the Nokia 2.3, Nokia 3.2 (both variants) & Nokia 7.2 (both variants) Consumer Promo Offer, 18th May to 24th May, 2020 (hereinafter called “the Offer”) detailed below. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term ‘Organizer’, when used with reference to a legal entity, shall mean HMD Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. Please read offer terms carefully.

This Offer is available only for consumers purchasing selected devices on www.nokia.com/...es within India only. The offer is void outside of the territorial limits and wherever else prohibited by law.

The offer is valid for purchases of “selected devices” from 18th May to 24th May 2020 or till the stock lasts, whichever is earlier on www.Nokia.com/...es Value of Gift card will be applicable for purchases of “selected devices as per the table below:

a. Gift card can only be redeemed on next purchase from www.Nokia.com/...es
b. Gift card will be e-mailed within approximately 7 days from date of delivery of your selected Nokia smartphone. A Gift card email will be sent on the email ID specified during purchase journey.
c. Gift card will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance of Gift card by email.

4. In case of any dispute with respect to the authenticity of the claim or any duplicate/ fraudulent claim/s, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Offer or any Prizes, if the genuine recipient/ winner cannot be established. The decision of the Organizer in relation to the recipient / winner (s) of the offer will be as determined by the Organizer, and all other matters relating to the Offer shall be final and binding on all participants to the Offer, and no review or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
5. The Organizer or anyone else on its behalf shall not be responsible if the device is not delivered due to wrong address submitted by the Participant.
6. Pictures of the items/goods shown in the Offer website and/or announcement mailers may differ from the items/goods given.
7. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be clubbed with any other Offer organized by the Organizer. This Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or kind, and no such requests will be entertained.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to alter, amend, extend, withdraw, discontinue or otherwise change the Offer at any time without any liability.
9. The Organizer or any affiliates shall not be responsible and / or liable for any loss caused. The Organizer will not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of the Offer.
10. The offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India including tax regulation as and when applicable. Any disputes, differences and, or, any other matters in relation to and arising out of the Offer and, or, pertaining to the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Organizer. The venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi.
11. The Organizer or its Affiliates shall be entitled to use, in any manner, photographs and other details of the winning customers or any other participating person, likeness and status, social media handle in any publication.
12. The Organizer and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever to the fullest extent permitted by law, and will be held harmless and indemnified by the participants/ for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the from participation in this Offer.
