Btw these days this service provider is very bad in customer support, i called many a times about issues and they are mostly busy in making money and no interest in hearing complaints. The driver accepts booking and at the time of pickup asks money, says if he knew i am using ola money he would have not come, one driver accepted booking and did not move from his place for 5 mins and cancels the booking. Ofcourse not all drivers are same and thet have to pay hefty commissions..

Today i booked auto and had to pay 43 rupee for like 1.2 km, was in a hurry and had to book, else i would have never booked for 43 rupee, i would have gone with regular auto and paid just 25 rupee. way too much..
