Hi, this is my 2nd post and I want to know how a city deal can become FPD and another city post can’t be FPD.
Its not a matter of FPD or 20 dimes. Want to confirm whats the exact criteria.

These frauds have weird policies due to which their drivers keep cancelling rides and now they are showering pittance. Later I took to Uber and never regretted. Uber is way far better. Looks like Indian businesses have cheating in their DNA hardwired.
