This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) provided and funded by [ OPlus Mobitech India Pvt Ltd ] (“OnePlus”/”Brand”), and made available on www.ama...in and/or the mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Amazon Pay Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only. To be eligible to avail this Offer, you must:

(i) Self-purchase the Amazon Pay Gift Card worth INR 1000 or more available at https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B018...IM (“Gift Card”) any time between April 29th, 2020 to May 28th, 2020 subject to stock availability (both days inclusive) (such period hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Card Purchase Period”);

(ii) Claim the coupon shared over e-mail, as part of the e-mail received for purchase of Gift Card, on the e-mail address registered with Amazon.in; and

(iii) Purchase any model / variation of the smartphone OnePlus 8 or OnePlus 8 Pro (“Product”) any time between May 11th 2020 to June 30th, 2020 subject to stock availability (both days inclusive) using the aforesaid coupon claimed upon purchase of the Gift Card (such period hereinafter referred to as the “Phone Purchase Period”)

Gift Card Purchase Period and the Phone Purchase Period shall collectively be referred to as “Offer Period” for this Offer. The Offer Period may be extended or revoked by the Brand at its sole discretion, without prior notice subject to stock availability.
5. Each such customer who fulfills the criteria mentioned in Section 4 above (each an “Eligible Customer”) will be entitled to receive a benefit of INR 1000 in the form of Amazon Pay Gift Card redeemable as Amazon Pay Balance in the Eligible Customer’s Amazon.in account (“Benefit”). Amazon Pay Gift Cards are issued Qwikcilver and are subject to the Gift Card Terms.

The Benefit under this Offer will be credited in the Amazon.in account of the Eligible Customer within 30 days of the end of Phone Purchase period, within the Phone Purchase Period, subject to fulfillment of all the steps mentioned in Section 4 above.

It is hereby clarified that in case a customer purchases the Product using the coupon claimed upon purchase of the Gift Card after the expiry of the Phone Purchase Period, he shall not be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer.

The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on Amazon.in other than the Product. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Product which is returned or refunded by the Eligible Customer or if the order for such Product is cancelled by the Eligible Customer or the third party seller.

An Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive the Benefit under this Offer only once irrespective of the number of Product(s) purchased during the Offer Period. This Offer will only be available the first time a customer purchases the product during the Offer Period.

Benefit offered under this Offer is completely funded by the Brand, to the total exclusion of Amazon. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.

All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the Product and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you/ the Eligible Customer.
