contact the hotel and confirm with them if they are taking booking or not via oyo/goibibo

keep in mind find the hotel number from justdial,google etc. DO NOT CONTACT OYO REGARDING CONFIRMATION

oyo says that yes the booking is confirmed and later the hotel staff refuses, so confirm directly with the hotel only

Be ready to waste your time catching oyo customer care . It is India that’s why Riteish is still doing business not paying hotel owner from 3-4 months and filing cases against hotel owners if it would happen in USA or any other countries his empire could have finished. best of luck who booked
