What is a valid PhonePe payment?
Payment to be made through BHIM UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card or Wallet within the PhonePe container after clicking the “PhonePe” option on NoBroker checkout.
For users paying through BHIM UPI, cashback is valid on transactions initiated and completed on PhonePe using a PhonePe linked bank account
How do I check the eligibility of a purchase?
This offer will be applicable on any orders placed on NoBroker platform(s).
How many times this offer can be availed?
This offer will be applicable on 1st transaction (per user, per device) placed on NoBroker platform(s) through PhonePe during the offer period.
How do I avail the offer?
On NoBroker, select " Pay Rent"
On the payment page, select “PhonePe” as the payment method.
You will be redirected to the “Pay by PhonePe” screen; follow instructions specified (Click on Send OTP, Enter OTP, and Login).
Pick the preferred payment option from the options shown (UPI, Debit Card or Credit Card, Wallet).
Click on “Pay” to complete the transaction.
Note: In case you hold a wallet balance, it will be automatically used for paying. Please uncheck the checkbox to not use the wallet amount.
When do I get the cashback?
Cashback will be credited as PhonePe gift voucher balance within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.
Please be informed that no cashback will be given in case if you have closed your PhonePe wallet
What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?
If you are eligible for more than one offer, the offer giving you the maximum Cashback is automatically picked up for you.
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my order?
In case of any cancellations, the cashback given on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)
Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment
What other conditions apply on the cashback amount?
Flat Cashback of ₹100 on first transaction.
Cashback gift voucher can be used for recharges, bill payments and payments on PhonePe partner platforms/stores.
Cashback gift voucher cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.
Other Terms and Conditions:
In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month
Refunds would be processed on a pro-rata basis
Any cashback related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
The transaction must be initiated using a PhonePe linked bank account and completed by the user within the PhonePe app

How do I make my house rent payment on NoBroker Pay?
The first time you use NoBroker Pay you will need to enter basic details such as – landlord’s contact & account details, monthly rent amount and date of payment. These details are needed only ONCE, thereafter, you can make payments by just choosing your preferred mode of payment.
How do I earn cashback/ rewards with NoBroker Pay?
When you make your rent payment on NoBroker Pay with a credit/debit card, you earn reward points, cashback or air miles on your transaction. If you don’t know *How much you can earn, contact your bank, they will assist you as it depends on the card you have.
How does NoBroker pay my landlord?
When you submit your landlord’s bank details on NoBroker Pay and make your payment, we verify these details and transfer the rent amount directly to your landlord’s bank account. Please note that transfer may take up to 2 working days to reflect in your landlord’s bank account.
How will my rent payment reflect in my landlord’s bank account?
Your rent payment will reflect in your landlord’s bank account from NoBroker with description – “September Rent Payment from Nithin”. The month will change based on when you make the payment and your name will be as per the details you provide us.
If I have made the rent payment now, when will my landlord get the amount?
Although we try to process all payments as soon as possible, it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to reflect in your landlord’s bank account and statements.
Does NoBroker provide any cashback/rewards?
NoBroker waives off the entire processing fees which is 2% of your rental amount. For example, if your rent is ₹35,000 NoBroker provides an instant discount of ₹700. Please note that this is only a limited period offer.
My landlord is not registered on Nobroker. Can I still pay my rent?
Absolutely! Your landlord does not need to be registered on NoBroker Pay to receive your rent amount. We send a confirmation SMS to both you and your landlord on successful rent payment. This is why it’s essential that you enter the accurate contact and bank information of your landlord.
How do I get rent receipt on NoBroker Pay?
After making the rent payment on NoBroker Pay, you have to fill one time details like Landlord PAN (if rent is greater than ₹8333) and rental address. After each subsequent payment, rent receipt will be generated and automatically mailed to you. Even if you do not pay your rent through NoBroker Pay, you can generate rent receipts by clicking here and filling all the details manually.
Can I claim my HRA by paying through NoBroker Pay?*
Yes. We generate rent receipts for all payments done on NoBroker Pay. You can submit your rent receipts to claim HRA exemption on your income tax filing.
Can I set standing instructions or autopay on my card using NoBroker Pay?
We are currently working on this feature and you will soon be able to set standing instruction and autopay on your credit card or debit card.
