Yes.. old 1mg account and new paypal account on 1st ever transaction on 1mg (not necessary, first ever transaction on paypal)
But remember cashback stays in your account based on your luck. If 1mg returned any amount as casback then PayPal will get back your cb amount saying that your order got returned.
If someone can help me with Paypal query – When they say new users that means it is all together a fresh user who has never done a transaction via Paypal or first transaction over the merchant?
