What does it mean? I transacted through my normal account to my merchant account but it didn’t count.
your normal account number and merchant account number should not same.you try with two different account merchant account number is different mobile number and paytm account should be different account mobile number .This time it is possible.
Note before sending money to merchant account you need to activate 4pe 40 from your paytm deals /offer section .
