- In case of partial cancellation, user will not be eligible for Rs. 1600 Cashback. Here, the cashback added will be reversed and the eligible balance amount paid for the cancelled product/s will be added to the source of funds used while making the payment.
- In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Coolwinks will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.

Dont confirm the orders for which you are not getting CB..once you get the Cb Then only confirm your order with OTP verification.
