paytm : Electricity bill...now such a ease and cashback (@10%) too
paytm expanded its list to include many states and has really wide coverage I paid my bill today and did not notice that I can actually use paytm 
only to regret later on losing cashback.
Never too late so thought to put together the expanded list. you can get 10% cashback using current offer in paytm for Electricity bill

I paid uppcl bill and it was paid instantly. And cb was also credited as usual, in a flash.

list is bigger than mobikwik and freecharge though there are many in common still there are a few which are in mobikwik or freecharge but not in paytm .
