Recently I got some local make vest instead of the brand mentioned and wrong size too. I enquired with paytm care by email with images as proof but they said no returns for this product. Well, I moved on politely by asking won’t you ever question the seller for sending wrong brand and size ? Within the next day return was approved, they apologized n said we will take additional check up measures before shipping a Sunday bazaar non returnable product.

Moral: be polite n get it solved. no need to show our frustration n get our account blocked
