1. Only the orders for which the user has paid the full amount (“Pre-Paid Orders”) for physical goods with minimum of 3 quantity or more from Paytm Marketplace, placed on website www.pay...om or from the Paytm App on June 29th and 30th, 2016 will qualify for the said offer.
2. COD orders will not qualify for the offer.
3.Winning orders will be selected on the basis of a randomized unbiased selection process over the promotion period and Paytm shall have the sole discretion and the same shall not be challenged in any manner by any user including the winning user or their representatives.
4. Winner shall be notified about their winning status on their registered mobile number / registered email address at Paytm.
5. Under this promotion, five orders out of all qualified orders placed shall be entitled to win an I-phone 6 and 500 orders out of all qualified orders shall be entitled to win a movie ticket.
6. Paytm and their respective affiliates shall be entitled to use, in any manner, the details of the winning user including the Information i.e. name, photograph etc. for their sales, marketing and promotional purposes, including the prizes awarded to them, if any. By participating in the mahabazaar offer, all participants consent to the following information relating to them to be exchanged with Paytm and their concerned vendors and/or published or otherwise communicated to in any media that the Paytm may deem fit, for the purpose of Winner announcement: name, mobile phone number, score and/or photograph.
7. A unique code will be provided to the I-phone winners ( equivellent to balance amount after TDS payable), which can be used at Paytm.com to purchase an I-phone6 for free (TDS will be payable by customer in advance). This unique code will be sent to winners registered email id post the return policy period has expired.
8. Code issued to the I-phone winners will be equivalent to the 70% of the product price, i.e. balance 30% customer will pay online against TDS while using gratification code.
9. A unique code will be provided to the movie ticket winners, which can be used at Paytm.com to purchase a movie ticket, code issued to the winner will be equivalent to Rs. 200 .This code can be used only once and applied to only one ticket.
10. The winning orders are non refundable.
11. Prizes will be given after deducting all applicable taxes and charges if any.
12. The contest is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or above.This offer shall not be applicable to One97, their representatives, employees or their family members.
13. Company reserves the right of declaring the winner on the basis of qualified orders under the promotion and no questions whatsoever in this regard will be entertained and Paytm discretion will be final and binding.
