Had a bad experience with peppertap yesterday
Had Ordered Amul ghee and found out that the inner seal of the container was broken and there was some leakage. So I complained about it to peppertap and got a response that’ I should have checked it during the time of delivery and now they are not responsible for it’

i had similar problem with junior horlicks. i took pictures and sent an email to their CC . it was replaced next day . please try this way.

Are these guys serious?
Why would the delivery person accept his mistake? And these guys are taking his word for it.

Hell I’ve seen their delivery guys swinging the delivery bags before.

Similar even worse incidence with me . got amul pizza cheese sealed pack but it was filled with gased due to improper storage , delivery boy still sayong keep it it is good but i feeled it outside so opened in front of delivery boy and then show inner packing which was smelling bad and full puffed with gas . I also asked amul India cc they told me it is due to keeping not in freeze and asked me to throw away . so I asked delivery boy to take back . he did not took back and I complained to cc supervisor too but they replied stupidly that why I opened it and denied me to replace . can you tell me how to check inner item without opening , bcoz if I don’t open delivery boy says he can’t take back as it is looking good , if I open outer pack then cc said why I opened .
Soon Peppertap will be history , how they guys behave like this and sell rotten food . their store have full freedom to clear out their rotten items .

First they were even ready to shell out 250rs on just 1 order for free and now they even not ready to take back completely rotten items .
