Yes if possible use store pickup if they deny that product is OOS just ask them to arrange it from other stores as at time of order you have accepted because it was inventory ,if they ask that you have to wait for 2-3 days just agree with them , I have done this thrice and always got the product

Received a call from Croma Girl, she was saying that stock is not available in the whole country..
She said that they’ve got 7-8 orders for this item..
I said, if its not available then croma should cancel this on its own, why my consent is necessary??.

The kamla nagar store always do that faced this issue 3 times and once have a argument in store
Their helpdesk does these kind of things always because they want it also !! Last time when dryer cam the store helpdesk told that its out of stock and nearby staff told that last night they have bought 5 of the dryers when deal came ! When I asked them to call the manager of the store they told they will arrange in 2-3 days and I got it on very next day , as they contacted the other store they also refused but when croma helpdesk person told that his friend need it ,the other store agreed :p Please ask them when Order was placed it was in inventory then where is inventory suddenly gone from your store as it was confirmed via email , let it be automated email system confirmed means you have in stock but not willing to give it
.. Didn’t recieve any call.. busy today and 15 being kite day…. will call them on 16… if they give the product then fine or else 500 bucks will come back to the daddy🤣😂….
