Detailed T&Cs

1. In case of full cancellation/return, refund amount less of membership cost of Rs 750 will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment.
2. (i.e. If Rs. 1000 is paid by the customer & membership of Rs. 750 is already received – balance that would be paid to customer as refund would be Rs. 250 only).
3. Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.
4. In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Coolwinks will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
5. Coolwinks & Paytm First reserves the right to cancel/alter the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
