I tried to do a transaction on True Balance App for the first time. The money was debited but the transaction failed. This happened more than 2 days ago. Since then I have raised complaints (Twice) through their app, but their has been no replies at all. Can someone help me on how to get my money back? I had heard good reviews about this app (on here and other platforms) but it seems my money is stuck.
