Not sure about the processor but in looks the a50 is way better, i am using poco and i have no ads and the ads on a50 are on the next level to go to the dial pad you have to see a full screen video ad.
I don’t know if this is only with my neighbour or with all but the ads on a50 are unbearable.

guys – k20 pro is a steal – sd855 with all bells and whistles – heck even samsung s10 does not give notchless display neither op7 not even pro, so people saying overpriced are doing so without checking the phone – also build and looks are super premium if not better but as good as flagship brands – try and then decide
earlier people said ads – now since its out that it does not have ads – people are spreading price issue
i bought 256gb with my hard earned money – and waiting and checking s10e, op7, op7 pro, realme x, even oppo k3, a n m series of samsung too, now am sure have made the right choice. using it since 2 days – did not need to charge the battery so far – also zero ads.
the only complaint i have is – not giving 27w charger in box – thats the biggest complain. all rest is super.
Buying mobile above 20k is not a good choice as you will get 5G in the next year then this mobile price itself might have down by 5 to 7k. Then imagine what could be the seconds value? So I personally still think Realme X is better from all segments.
i think xiaomi should have given sd710 which is cheaper by 3k than sd730 which is new and third best processor today – 45% percent faster than 710, but people wanted cheap and flagship features so mistake by xiaomi – if with 710 they can easily provide for 18-19k starting, which would have made everyone happy for sure

I think if k20 Pro version was priced at 20K then it would be a deal breaker but 28000 is not at all.
People are comparing Xiaomi phones with One plus & Samsung S series which is not fair.
Both said brand have built their brand image on middle to higher class phones whereas Xiaomi built its brand as budget under 10K phones.
If features are always a matter then Xiaomi are giving good specs in 10K but people wants a premium brand image also thats why they buy one Plus & S10 which is double the price.
In few months s10 price will drop to match one plus 7 but K20 price wont drop for atleast few months until a new Flagship phone is launched in similar range.
Xiaomi is replacing their own phones so fast that in next 6 months k20 will become outdated thats why its always preferable to buy lowest version of that model to get good exchange price.
comparing with s10 is total false…. there are lots of features like wireless charging …premium built quality ip certification… and very low SAR value… actually comparing just in the name of flagship processor is not done..
plus s10 display is lit( super amoled 1200 nits brightness)

Bought k20 pro and after using 1 day the phone is getting heated up while on charging and playing games even for decent usage also you can feel the heat on top right of the screen. Requested replacement will update more after receiving the replacement
Final update : Received the replacement product today itself and just started the new one and in this also i feel too much heat at the top back and front of the screen.
So those who are saying that phone is not heating didnt know the meaning of heat i dont know why they are posting fake comments as have personally tested 3 peice of k20 pro 2 mine and 1 of mine friend so guys buy with precaution
May be you got a faulty device. Mine runs cold, even when playing games like Pubg for 15-20mins.
dubai is cheapest in the world as it does not have taxes – dont compare with that price
china price is different.
also if you had purchased in alpha getting 2000 inr discount nett price for k20 pro 128gb would be 28-2k = 26k and for k20 pro 256 gb 31k-2k = 29k , where as in china k20 pro is 30k effectively being cheaper here.
k20 is definitely priced higher by 10% but after applying offer nett difference is 1k or 5% approx.
