QR Ticket – Terms & Conditions

Single Journey QR Ticket (SJQT)

1. Valid for journey from “Origin” station and any other station between “Origin” & “Destination” station towards “Destination” station selected during purchase.

2. Customer can travel upto “Destination” station or any station with same or lower fare bracket. If any customer exit from station which is prior to “Destination” station with lower fare bracket, customer will not able to seek any refund for lesser travel.

3. Family/friend travel: customer from one mobile can purchase upto 6 SJQT for same “Origin” & “Destination” for travelling in group and multiple QR Tickets will be issued. Customer purchasing multiple tickets will be allowed multiple entries with different QR Tickets in one go followed by multiple exits equal to entries made.

4. For over travel beyond “Destination” station (unless of same fare bracket), exit will be allowed after paying difference of fare.

5. SJQT is valid for the day of purchase only.

6. SJQT once purchased and entry not made is refundable after deducting maximum 10% of SJQT value on the same day.

7. Customer from one mobile cannot purchase a new ticket unless existing ticket has been used or expired.

Return Journey QR Ticket (RJQT)

1. All rules applicable to SJQT will apply.

2. Two QR Tickets one from “Origin” to “Destination” (onward journey) and another from “Destination” to “Origin” (return journey) will be issued.

3. Return journey is valid from “Destination” station or any other station between “Origin” & “Destination” stations selected during purchase.

4. On return, if any customer exit from station which is prior to “Origin” station (currently “Destination”) with lower fare bracket, customer will not able to seek any refund for lesser travel.

5. RJQT once purchased and entry not made in both token is refundable after deducting maximum 10% of RJQT value on the same day.

Store Value QR Pass (SVQP)

1. One time non-refundable registration fee on first issuance will be Rs. 50 (waived for first one month).

2. Recharge by Rs.100 or multiple of the same to a maximum wallet value Rs.3000.

3. Minimum wallet balance required for travel is equal to maximum SVQP fare.

4. Validity for 180 days from last recharge date.
5. Product provides flexibility of deciding “Origin” & “Destination” stations after generating QR Ticket.

6. Fare will be equal to SVQP fare between “Origin” & “Destination”.

7. For each journey a QR Ticket is to be generated without selecting “Origin” & “Destination”.

8. QR Ticket once generated will be valid till completion of journey on any day or validity of the product.

9. Each entry needs to be followed by proper exit registered on fare collection gate. If customer fails to get entry or exit registered on fare collection gate, fare equal to maximum SVQP will be charged at exit or next entry respectively.

10. SVQP is refundable after deducting maximum 10% of Balance SVQP value. For Refund Pending SVQP to be exuasted.

11. This is a single user product.

45 Trip Pass (45-QRTP)

1. One time non-refundable registration fee on first issuance will be Rs. 50 (waived for first one month).

2. Valid for 45 single trips within 30 days of purchase between any stations of fixed “Origin” & “Destination” station route set at the time of purchase.

3. No Refund can be given for balance trips although Refund option is available for issuance with new Origin & Destination.

4. For each journey a QR Ticket is to be generated without selecting “Origin” & “Destination”.

5. QR Ticket once generated will be valid till completion of journey on any day or validity of the product.

6. This is a single user product.

Common

1. Mobile should have access to internet for generating QR Ticket.

2. “Travel Time Limit” (difference between entry & exit time at fare collection gate) will be:

a) Same Station: 20 minutes

b) Different Station: 75 minutes

Penalty/fee for over stay is Rs.10/hour.

3. After entry for any reason, if customer is unable to produce/show QR Ticket at exit, it will be considered as ticketless travel and penalty equal to maximum fare (currently Rs.40) plus Rs.50 will be levied.

4. Penalty/fee for “Travel Time Limit” or for travelling beyond destination needs to be settled by selecting “Exit Issue” button and generating new QR Ticket.
