Scantastic – Terms & Conditions
The below mentioned Terms and Conditions are applicable for the “Scantastic Promotion” which would be referred to as ‘Offer’ hereinafter in this document. “Scantastic” Brand is owned and operated solely by TranServ.

“Scantastic” is implemented through a microsite which is owned, established and maintained by TranServ Private Limited (TranServ or Udio).Scantastic enables users to get offers on payments made via Barat QR / MVisa on this website.

BharatQR/MVisa is an interoperable payment solution jointly setup by NPCI, Visa and other card networks for making a payment digitally by setting up of a Quick Response (QR) code for accepting payments.

The Offer is open to customers of Eligible Merchant making payments using Bharat QR/mVisa as a payment option (“Eligible Users” or “User”)

By participating in this Offer, the User agrees to the Terms & Conditions of the Offer mentioned hereunder. Any participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.

ABOUT THE OFFER
Under this Offer, Eligible Users, who successfully make payment transaction using Bharat QR/mVisa as a payment option (each a “Qualifying Transaction”) at any of the below mentioned merchant (Eligible Merchant) will receive upto INR 100 recharge talktime/gift voucher for each Qualifying Transaction, subject to the terms and conditions below.

It is clarified that Users making Bharat QR/mVisa payments may need to check with their card issuing bank to see if their mobile banking application is enabled for Bharat QR/mVisa transactions. In the event that the mobile banking application is not enabled for Bharat QR/mVisa transactions, the user will not be able to use the Bharat QR/mVisa feature. Users are requested to contact their card issuing bank for any further information in this regard. TranServ will not be liable in any manner to enable the BharatQR/mVisa functionality on the respective banking apps.

The customer can choose any one of the below mentioned offers to avail the recharge talktime/gift voucher.

Recharge Talktime offers:

Offer 1 Pay Rs. 50 and get talk time upto Rs. 100 on your Vodafone prepaid number (Vodafone Offer)

Offer 2 Pay Rs. 50 and get talk time upto Rs. 100 on your Idea prepaid number (Idea Offer)

Gift Voucher Offers:

Offer 3 Pay Rs. 50 and get Bookmyshow gift voucher for Rs. 100 (Bookmyshow Offer)

Offer 4 Pay Rs. 50 and get Amazon gift voucher for Rs. 100 (Amazon Offer)

Offer 5 Pay Rs. 50 and get Flipkart gift voucher for Rs. 100 (Flipkart Offer)

OFFER VALIDITY:
Offer is valid upto 31st October 2017 (“Offer Period”)

Only one offer is eligible per mobile number during the offer period.

HOW TO AVAIL THE OFFER
To avail this Offer, the Eligible User shall have to follow the following process:

Choose any one of above mentioned offer available on the Scantastic website
Enter your mobile number
For talk time select circle for recharge offers OR Select the gift voucher
Generate QR for your transaction
Scan the QR Code to pay Rs. 50 using your payments app such as Udio (powered by RBL Bank Ltd.) HDFC Bank PayZapp App, ICICI Bank Pockets and iMobile Apps, Axis Bank Mobile App, SBI Anywhere App, Bank of Baroda mClip App, IDBI Payapt App, DBS Digibank App, Kotak Mobile Banking App, DCB Cippy App and Bank of India Mobile App or any such payment apps which have been enabled to pay using the Bharat QR/ mVisa functionality.
Gift voucher shall carry a validity period, post which these vouchers will not be honoured by the Eligible Merchant or issuer of the gift voucher. All gift vouchers will be operated as per their respective terms and conditions of such Eligible Merchants. Kindly note that gift vouchers will not be revalidated under any circumstances.
Talk time can be availed only for a mobile numbers on a prepaid plan of the respective operators. TranServ does not guarantee of full amount recharge or talk time since any recharge and service fee incurred, will completely be as per recharge plan of the telecom operator and TranServ shall not be liable for the same.
Eligible Users shall receive recharge talk time/gift voucher from Scantastic into the respective user mobile number entered into the offer page within 72 hours of successful transaction

Refund Policy:

The failure/success status update for recharge talk time/gift voucher may take upto 3 working days.

In case of failure, the amount of Rs. 50 paid by the User via Bharat QR/ mVisa shall be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after the status update. The amount shall be refunded to the same instrument used for payment.

In case of failure of the Bharat QR/ mVisa transactions the amount of Rs 50 paid by the User shall be refunded within 7 to 10 working days. The amount shall be refunded to the same instrument used for payment.

CONDITIONS FOR UDIO MOBILE APP USER:
This Offer would be applicable only to Users using the version 2.2.4 and above of Udio Mobile App available on the Google Play Store. User is advised to visit goo.gl/rOUuKV to check the version and update in case you are using an earlier version. Offer is also available on the version 2.2.0 and above of the Udio Mobile app on iOS.
Udio Mobile Application gives access to Udio wallet and Udio RBL Bank Prepaid Visa Card both issued by RBL Bank Ltd and are operated as per the prevailing guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India for semi-closed loop prepaid instruments.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Offer is open to the Eligible Users only, as defined above
The Offer will be held during the period upto 31st October 2017 (both dates included) (the “Offer Period”) or until such time as the maximum limit of Qualifying Transactions is not reached
The Offer is valid for the first 3000 Eligible Users conducting Qualifying Transactions per day.
One Visa Card can be used for maximum 1 time upto 31st October 2017
TranServ reserves the right to change the above mentioned limits anytime during the offer period without any prior intimation not withstanding anything contained herein, TranServ reserves the right to with draw/discontinue the offer at any point of time without any notice.
For the avoidance of doubt, while TranServ has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Eligible Users, Eligible Merchant the providers of Recharge talk time/ Gift Vouchers. Accordingly, the Eligible User understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any Recharge talktime/ Gift voucher shall constitute a contract solely between Eligible Merchant and him/her, and Visa and/or TranServ is not, nor will become, a party thereto
By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the Recharge talktime/ Giftvouchers, the Eligible User understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the Eligible User of Recharge talk time/ Gift voucher (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Eligible User directly with Eligible Merchant, and the Eligible User shall not make any Claim against Visa and/or TranServ
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa and/or TranServ shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Recharge talktime/ Giftvouchers.
Eligible Merchant shall be solely liable to any person or Eligible Users in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise, howsoever from any refusal or failure on the part of Udio to provide or honour the Recharge talktime/Gift voucher Offer, or benefits or privileges given under the Offer, for any reason whatsoever.
Eligible Users shall contact TranServ at the following email address [email protected] for redressal in the event of any claim or non-receipt of Recharge talktime/ Giftvoucher, or benefits or privileges under this Offer
Eligible Users are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer. Any participation by the Eligible User shall be voluntary
The Offer is purely promotional in nature and the Offer may be discontinued or altered at any time, whether prior to or during the Offer Period, without prior notice. However, Eligible Users shall receive upto INR 100 recharge talk time/gift voucher if the BharatQR/mvisa transaction is completed prior to withdrawal of offer
TranServ’s role is that of an aggregator who has entered into arrangement with the Eligible Merchants directly or indirectly through distributors.
TranServ, in association with RBL Bank as sponsor bank, has an agreement for acquiring merchants to facilitate transactions using Bharat QR/mVisa
The logos of Eligible Merchant used for promotion of the Offer are trademarks/properties of respective Eligible Merchant.
Recharge talktime/ Gift vouchers of the Eligible Merchants issued to Users shall be as per the contractual agreement of TranServ with Cyberplat and GCI respectively.
TranServ decision of computation, cancellation, forfeiture, credit, debit, refunds or blocking of Gift Voucher shall be final, conclusive and binding on the User
In the event that the Offer, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, the Offer and/or the terms and conditions (as the case may be) may be modified to the extent required to comply with the law
