Goibibo will offer free cancellation on select hotels in India to all customers ONLY till 12 Noon one day prior to the check-in date. For example, if the check-in is on 4th May 2016, free cancellation will be valid till 12 Noon on 3rd May 2017.
The hotel cancellation policy will apply on any cancellation done by the customer after 12 Noon on the day prior to the check-in date. The policy will be mentioned while making the hotel booking and in the booking confirmation voucher sent to the customer.
Offer is valid on select hotel bookings made for hotels in India with Goibibo. Free cancellation offer will not be valid for Flight+Hotel, International Hotel Bookings, partial cancellations and modified offline (through calls).
The Free Cancellation offer can be availed for a maximum of 5 hotel cancellations per user (same email ID or phone number or both) within a period of 30 days. If the number of hotel cancellations exceeds 5, the subsequent cancellations will be charged as per the hotel cancellation policy.
