Terms and Conditions for iPhone Xs and Xs Max pick-up from store:
1. Airtel brings the new iPhoneXs and iPhone Xs Max for pre-booking through Airtel Online Store exclusively for selected Airtel users.

2. Limited stocks of iPhoneXs and iPhone Xs Max are available for pre-booking offer from 21st September, 2018 – 12:01 AM to 24th September, 2018 -11:59 PM

3. The opportunity for pre-booking is a privileged access only for selected Airtel customers. Eligible customers will be able to see a banner on myAirtel App.

4. The customer shall be required to enter their Name, Mobile Number, Email Address and Delivery Address Pincode for Pre-booking. This information shall also be verified via OTP. If the Pincode is not serviceable, the customer will not be registered for pre-booking.

5. We also offer the option of pickup of your order. You may please pick up your order from the Airtel Store in the list of options given starting 28th September to 29th September. (Store Timings: 28th September, 2018 –6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 29th September, 2018 – 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM).

Offer 1 (non-EMI offer): 5X Reward points on non-EMI transactions on Axis Bank Credit Cards at Airtel (website & app) on iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max

Offer 2 (EMI offer): 5% cash back on EMI transactions for 12 and 24 months tenure only using Axis Bank Credit Cards at Airtel (website & app) on iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max . ROI will be 13%.

Offer dates: 21st Sept’18 to 31st Dec’18

1. Customer can purchase 1 iPhone per card during the offer period.

2. Cashback and reward points for eligible transactions will be credited within 150 days from transaction date on a best effort basis and will be processed at Card level.

3. In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant.

4. This offer is valid on all Axis Bank Credit Cards. This offer is not valid on NR and Corporate Credit Cards.

5. During the offer period, the 5X reward points offered to the customer for non-EMI offer will be according to base earn ratio as per customer’s credit card.

6. For example: In case of base earn rate of 4 reward points per Rs.200 spent on a credit card , customer will get 5X reward points i.e. 20 reward points per Rs.200 spent during the offer period. Any accelerated reward points offer on weekends, etc. will not be considered.

10. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the Cardholder with the Merchant directly without any reference to Axis Bank. EMI Terms and Conditions:

1. EMI offer will be applicable only at Airtel ( website and app)

2. Cashback transaction will be credited within 150 days from transaction date on a best effort basis subject to the EMI being live(not foreclosed or cancel) till that date

3. If customer opts for foreclosure or cancellation of EMI facility, customer will have to inform the customer service of Axis bank for discontinuing the EMI facility. The cancellation will not be automated. EMI cancellation request should be given at least 1 working day before the due date.

4. Axis Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the successful Cardholders about the cash back under the offer.

5. The offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

6. Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

7. In case of any matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, Axis Bank’s decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.
