SpiceClub Registrations and Benefits Terms
The annual membership to Spice Club (the “Product”) is available for purchase by way of making a payment of INR 599/- per person, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
The subscription to the membership is only available to persons of the age of eighteen (18) years and above.
The subscription to the membership is only available to persons who have Permanent Account Number (PAN). PAN has to be mandatorily provided in application form or at the time of topping up Spice Cash Points.
The membership can be subscribed to, and its benefits shall only be available via the website – www.spicej...om and SpiceJet Reservations Centre.
The membership shall automatically expire upon the expiry of one (1) year from the date of subscribing to the membership.
Upon subscribing to the Product, the customer shall get the following benefits during the term of the membership:
02 flight booking vouchers*, each worth INR 599/- only, to be used only for making fresh flight bookings

SpiceClub Referral Programme Terms:
The SpiceClub Referral Programme (the “Programme”) by SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”) is valid for valid and successful referrals made by existing SpiceClub members.
Each referrer shall earn 100 loyalty points upon the valid and successful registration of each of its referee in respect of the paid membership of SpiceClub.
A referee referred by one SpiceClub member cannot be referred by another SpiceClub member.
Only such referrer SpiceClub member shall earn loyalty points who has first referred a non-member person.
The procedure to refer a non-SpiceClub member person is as follows:
Login to your SpiceClub account on www.spicej...om
Click on “Refer & Earn” button.
Fill the correct name, contact number and e-mail address of the person being referred, and click “Submit”.
Your referred friend shall receive an e-mail to register for SpiceClub.
Upon successful paid registration of the referred person, the referee’s SpiceClub account shall be instantly be credited with the eligible amount of loyalty points.
Limited inventory is available under the Programme on first-come-first-served basis.
This Programme, in no manner, cannot be clubbed with any other Programme/ offer/ discount/ promotion etc.
The Company reserves the right to amend/ cancel/ withdraw the Programme at any time without any prior intimation.
All other Terms of Carriage shall be applicable.
In the event of any discrepancy arising out of any matter connected with this Programme the Company’s decision in such regard shall be final and binding.

Spice Cash Points Terms :
“Spice Cash Points” refers to the amount topped up in SpiceClub account through any payment mode like Credit Card / Debit Card / NetBanking
SpiceClub member can increase their Spice Cash Points by way of top-up as follows:
Maximum Spice Cash Points that a member can top-up in one transaction will be of INR 35000/-.
Maximum Spice Cash Points that a member can retain in his / her account at any given point of time will be of INR 89,000.
Top-up of Spice Cash Points for any transaction will only be permitted for a person if resultant total balance of Spice Cash Points are equal to or below 89,000 Spice Cash Points.
SpiceClub Member will accumulate Spice Cash Points on top-ups as follows:

Spice Cash Points Accrual/Accumulation Calculation:

Spice Loyalty Points Terms :
“Spice Loyalty Points” refers to all rewards earned on purchase of any product of SpiceJet on its website or its Reservation Centre

Spice Loyalty Points Accrual/Accumulation Calculation:
5 (five) Spice Loyalty Points (as an Introductory Offering) will be accrued/accumulated on every INR 100 spent on www.spicej...om for any purchase (Domestic Flights Bookings ‘or’ Domestic Flight Addons ‘or’ International Flights Addons purchase only) applicable for all transactions booked and travelled from 08th August 2016 to 31st December, 2016
2 (two) Spice Loyalty Points will be accrued/accumulated on every INR 100 spent on www.spicej...om for any purchase (Domestic Flights Bookings ‘or’ Domestic Flight Addons ‘or’ International Flights ‘or’ International Flights Addons purchases) applicable for all transactions booked and travelled on or after 01st January, 2017
SpiceClub Member can redeem their Spice Loyalty Points against purchase of any product (like : Flight bookings or Addons) on www.spicej...om only
A member can accrue/accumulate and redeem Spice Loyalty Points after travel and only on his/her name (on which the SpiceClub User Account is created/registered)
All Spice Loyalty Points are non-refundable
Spice Loyalty Points will not be accrued in the following cases:
In case of part payments, wherever Spice Loyalty Points are used to purchase any product on SpiceJet.com
In case of any product cancellations “or” flight no-shows Spice Loyalty Points will not be accrued / accumulated by SpiceClub Member for such purchases
All accruals/accumulation of Spice Loyalty Points will be done if the products are purchased only on www.spicej...om or SpiceJet Reservations Centre under SpiceClub Login
If a SpiceClub Member books his/her flight through Travel Agents or outside SG owned channels, then he/she will not be eligible to earn Spice Loyalty Points.
Spice Loyalty Points will be accumulated / earned for purchase of SpiceJet products only at its website i.e. www.spicej...om or Spicejet Reservations Centre
In case the payment for the Flight Booking or Spice add-ons done through already earned “Spice Loyalty Points” in the form of “part payment or full payment”, no further Spice Loyalty Points shall be accumulated / earned in the SpiceClub account on such payments and transactions.
