Terms and Conditions: – Festive Offer 2017 – 5% cash back

Offer: The offer means “Get 5% cash back on your highest festive month spends on your StanChart credit card between 1st Oct – 31st Dec 2017 on meeting eligibility criteria.

Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 1th Oct’17 and shall extend upto 23:59 hours on 31st Dec’17.

Qualified Customer: The offer is only applicable to Standard Chartered Credit Card holders who have registered/opt-in for the offer and who meet the spends threshold described in Clause 2 hereunder. Offer is applicable on all credit card variants.

Offer Details and Eligibility Criteria
i. Customer has to register/opt-in for the offer between – 00:01 hours on – 25thSep’17 to 23:59 hours on 31stOct’17.
ii. Customer can register for the offer by messaging “FESTIVE” to 5757505 OR by clicking on the URL given in the e-mailer sent by the bank. NRE customers can only opt-in by clicking on the URL given in the e-mailer sent by the bank.
iii. Customer would be eligible for 5% cashback (Maximum cashback of INR 5000) on highest spending calendar month (Oct-Nov-Dec’17) on all transactions of INR 1000 and above done between 00:01 hours 1st Oct’17 up to 23:59 hours on 31st Dec’17.

Max Cash back for highest spending month **
5% Cash back on eligible spends of highest spend month or max INR 5000 – (whichever is lower )

• Minimum spend of INR 10,000 for all three months (Oct-Nov-Dec’17) will make the client eligible for 5% Cash Back – All transactions are considered to calculate minimum eligible monthly spends.
  • Only Transactions of INR >=1000 will be considered for cashback eligibility for the highest spending month during the offer period (Oct-Nov-Dec’17)
  • 5% Cash back will be applied on highest month’s spend during the offer period (Oct-Nov-Dec’17) with a maximum cashback capping of INR 5000

iv. Total spends and cash back would be calculated on a per customer basis

v. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank unless explicitly specified by the bank

vi. Cash back will be credited into customers’ account on eligible spends during offer period by 28th Feb’17
