My 2 cents for Symphony coolers. Do not buy them.
I donot know, why they are likeable by, so much of an audience. But here’s my experience with the brand and the product.
1. The plastic they use is cheap, even in their high end coolers (Storm 100i, which I have), as the plastic changes color with duration. In my case, the color got changed even while its stay in the warehouse. Because of which, different modules, which makes up the body doesn’t have a uniform color. It doesn’t look good at all.
2. The warranty support is third class, specially in my area in Ghaziabad. Writing to head office in Ahmedabad doesn’t also help at all.
3. So much of a bad support experience, that I resolved to not take any support from them, even if I have to trash it.
3. I try to repair things at my end. Hence, I found manufacturing design flaws, in the high end cooler that I own, though we are paying premium for it. (e.g. using rusty nuts/bolts, and that too small in size to hold this big machine, the mechanism that moves fins left and right, and then how vertical fins scratches against the base).
4. It looks like they work on Gujarati business principles, they somehow made it big with the nationwide reach out, thanks to leading tv channels and their advertisements breaks, they don’t really bother about customer concerns, sitting in Ahmedabad.

In the end, they are just my personal views and first hand experience.
