1. Tata Sky HD DMP Addon Offer (‘Offer’) is a promotional scheme, which is being offered by Tata Sky Limited (‘Tata Sky’) to its Eligible Subscribers. Eligible Subscribers shall mean a Tata Sky Subscriber who has an Active Account Status and has subscribed to the Dhamaal Mix Pack and does not fall within the category mentioned in B (1) of the General Terms. Tata Sky reserves the right to select the Subscribers eligible for this offer (‘Selected Subscribers’).
2. Under this Offer, from 22nd November, 2016 till 23rd December, 2016, Tata Sky will offer HD DMP Addon (‘Pack’) to its Selected Subscribers at Rs. 95 Per Month. Further, it is clarified that if the Selected Subscriber wishes to discontinue the Pack subscribed by way of this Offer, the Pack cannot be subscribed to at a later date, unless made available by Tata Sky at such price as may be charged by Tata Sky at that period of time.
3. To avail this Offer, the Selected Subscribers has to subscribe the HD DMP Addon from 00:00 hours on 22nd November, 2016 till 23:59:59 hours on 23rd December, 2016 only via the following method:
1. Missed call: By giving a missed call on 92090 92090 from the Registered Mobile Number (‘RMN’) of the Selected Subscriber.
4. After subscribing to this offer, the Selected Subscribers will be
1. Able to watch all the High Definition Channels which is/are a part of their subscription through Dhamaal Mix Base Pack
2. Able to watch all the High Definition Channels which is/are a part of their subscription through regional Add-ons
Alternatively, the Selected Subscriber can take High Definition A-la-carte channels at applicable rates too.
