but tata cliq has pathetic process and customer service.. I placed an order on 14th Feb and at time of placing the order the expected date was shown as 17th Feb.
Order was placed successfully but there was no update from Tata Cliq.
I called them on their customer service number and it is IVR basd which will be disconnected automatically.
I then had chat with the customer service via their chat app. Customer service representative is asking me to share my Aadhar card and saying my order is on hold for security reasons,
I find this fishy! why would someone ask for aadhar card for online order which is prepaid.
Did anyone of you had same experience?
Hahaha yeah few months back Tapzo was asking for aadhar card but that was to unblock the accounts. Never happened with me, tatacliq guys called me again and again after my order was cancelled by me and even they offered to deliver in another date.
