This is an offer (‘Offer’) being run on www.flipka...om (‘Website’), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively ‘Platform’), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (‘Flipkart’)
By participating in this Offer, you (‘You’ or ‘Your’) agree to be bound by:
the Offer terms and conditions below (’ T&C’);
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.

The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs. on 29thSeptember,2019 and end at 23:59 hrs. on 4th October,2019 (’ Offer Period’).

To participate in the Offer, you must to do/ fulfill the following:

The Winners will be announced on 8th November,2019 n the following path: Flipkart App Fashion Page Men Page Accessories Page. Winners will also receive an email to their registered Flipkart email id confirming the same.

Other Terms & Conditions

The Products and Prizes shall be subject to availability of stocks.
In case of non-availability of a Prize, Flipkart reserves the right to substitute it with a Prize of equal or greater value as deemed fit.

You shall make full payment of the price of the Product in order to qualify for this Offer, if paid online or at the time of delivery, as the case may be.
The Prizes will be dispatched from 13th November,2019 onwards.
Upon cancellation/partial cancellations/return of the order, you will no longer be eligible for the Offer benefits.
The Prizes cannot be resold at any point in time.
Flipkart reserve the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.
The Offer benefit cannot be transferred, substituted or encashed.

These T&Cs shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under these T&Cs.
Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained until 30th November,2019. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
