Cashback Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

a. This marketing program (“Offer”) is from Standard Chartered (“SC”) under an arrangement with Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SC debit and/or credit card (“Card”) and to whom a communication is sent by the Bank (“Cardholder”).
b. The Bank shall provide 10% cash back to the Bank’s debit and/or credit card holders(“Cardholders”) for per successful transaction net of refunds and cancellations worth Rs. 13000 or above made through the Website, mobile site of the Website and app, by the Cardholders using their debit card issued by the Bank; and with a maximum cashback amount of Rs. 2000 per customer during the campaign period of the below categories
• Refrigerators
• Washing Machines
• Microwaves
• TVs
• ACs

c. The validity of the Offer (“Validity of the Offer”) is from Sep 8th, 2016 to Sep 12th, 2016 unless extended by SC and/or Amazon at their sole discretion.
d. SC reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
e. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
f. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
g. SC and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
h. SC Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
i. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by SC to conduct further, similar or other Offers.
j. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for SC Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
k. All disputes between the Cardholders and SC, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
l. Offer not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.
m. Card payment on delivery will be considered for cashback.
n. Cashback to be credited in customers account by Dec 12th, 2016.
o. Amazon shall not be held liable/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in relation to provision of the cashback by SC to the Cardholders under this Offer.
