i. Discount (“Discount”) –
a. of Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred (INR 1500) on purchase of the Eligible Products to each Customer purchasing such Eligible Products through the Online Channels using an HDFC Bank credit card or under an HDFC Bank Debit Card EMI scheme or credit card EMI scheme; and

b . of Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Only (INR 750) on purchase of the Eligible Products to each Customer purchasing such Eligible Products through the Online Channels using an HDFC Bank Debit Card (excluding any HDFC Bank Debit Card EMI scheme).

ii. Cashback (“Cashback”) –
a. of Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred (INR 1500) on purchase of the Eligible Products to each Customer purchasing such Eligible Products through the Offline Channels using an HDFC Bank credit card or under an HDFC Bank Debit Card EMI scheme or credit card EMI scheme; and
b. of Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Only (INR 750) on purchase of the Eligible Products to each Customer purchasing such Eligible Products through the Offline Channels using an HDFC Bank debit card (excluding any HDFC Bank debit card EMI scheme).
• “Eligible Products”: All variants of Redmi K20 smartphones sold at the Authorized Channels (as defined below).
• “Authorized Channels”: includes the following -

ii. Offline Channels:

Brick and mortar retail outlets branded as ‘Mi Homes’ (“Mi Homes”) owned and operated by Xiaomi or any third party under authorization from Xiaomi and other brick and mortar storefronts established, maintained and operated by authorized third parties including Mi Preferred Partner, Mi Store, Mi Studio and other retail outlets.

• “Offer Period” 1 June, 2020 00:00 till 30 June, 2020 23:59:59.
• Each Offer shall be valid on minimum transaction value of Rupees Nineteen Thousand and Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only (INR 19,999) and above per transaction per HDFC Bank card.
• Each Offer can be availed only once per HDFC Bank card by each Customer during the Offer Period.
• This Offer can be availed at Offline Channels only if the payment for the Eligible Products for the Offline Channels is processed through POS devices of Pinelabs, Eazytap or Innoviti.
• This Offer is not applicable on card on delivery transactions.
• The Offer is not applicable on HDFC Bank net banking transactions.
