I am not getting kill the bill voucher for my every >1000 payment. e.g. I did 10 such transactions, but received only 5 vouchers. Is there any issue in system (so that I can contact cc) or now cred has changed recently that NOT for EVERY >1000 transaction, kill bill voucher will not be given and it will be random.
