This offer (“Offer”) is provided by IndusInd Bank Limited (“Bank”) and is made available on www.ama...in or the mobile application or mobile site thereof (“Website”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

All residents of India holding a valid and current Bank’s debit and/or credit card(s) (collectively, “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer.

The validity of the Offer is from March 23, 2017 12:00:01 p.m. (IST) to March 23, 2017 11:59:59 p.m. (IST), (“Offer Period”) or until stocks of the Products (defined hereinafter) made available by GreenMobiles and E-Mobiles (each a “Participating Seller” and collectively “Participating Sellers”) last on the Website, whichever is earlier, unless revoked by Amazon in its sole discretion, or by the Bank without any prior notice and without liability.

Under this Offer, any customer who, during the Offer Period, purchases a new Xiaomi Redmi 4A mobile phone listed by the Participating Sellers on the Website (“Product(s)”) will be entitled to receive a cashback to the tune of 10% of the list price of such purchased Product (as determined by the relevant Participating Seller) subject to a maximum of INR 600 (Rupees Six Hundred Only) per Card. The entire payment needs to be done by using the Card. However, this Offer is not valid in case the order for the Product is cancelled or a refund or return for such Product has been initiated.

The Offer can be availed only on one transaction per Card.

This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Products by the customers under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Products). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that 10% cash back will be provided to the customers on the net value paid i.e. the price paid by the customers after the exchange offer has been availed, subject to a maximum cashback of INR 600 (Rupees six hundred only).

The cashback amount provided to eligible customers under this Offer is being funded by the Bank to the total exclusion of Amazon..

This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.

This Offer is not available on purchase of products other than the Product(s).

This Offer is also applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option provided that: (a) the order for the Product is placed by the customers on the Website during the Offer Period; and (b) the customer, at the time of delivery of the Product, makes the payment via card accepting machine carried by the delivery associate using the Card. In the event, for any reason, the card accepting machine is not available or is not working, the customers will not be entitled to avail the Offer.

The relevant cashback will be credited in eligible customer’s account by the Bank by 23 May, 2017.
