I have decided to quit buying from Grofers…Last 3 orders horrible experience… Of the 3 orders, on 2 I had used 15% coupons for purchases. Of these 2 orders, more than 70% order was not delivered due to non-availability of stock (which is a lie they told me)
Bast***** gave me refund for only 1 item after deducting 15% coupon value and rest is not yet refunded.
Also, the best 30% they delivered, it was wrong qty delivered, so they r not replacing either, no refund yet and on requesting both 15% coupons to be reactivated, they hv simply refused it..
A total of Rs 1300 stuck with them from 3 different orders

Why is there a delay in promoting this deal, I have already recommended it as FPD!

Grofers is waste of time now a days. Each store separate order of min 250 to get free delivery and then so much disturbance of calls for items not available and then wait for refund. Whats the fun. Its better going to local store and shop
