Go for Honor 8X 
At 15000, honor play is a good choice but emui starts giving trouble after some time.
I am using honor 8 for over 2 years now. EMUI doesn’t give me any problem at all. Once I got used to it and mastered all the available tweaks it works like a breeze.
I have one suggestion for people though. When it comes to honor, the android version you get with the new phone would work best. OTAs are not tested well enough and generally mess up with things like battery performance.
My wife has 9 lite and its battery lasts a lot better than my honor 8. And honor 8 has a smaller screen. She got oreo out of the box and emui with oreo has a killer battery management algorithm. I got nougat via OTA and and it definitely screwed a few things up.
