Courier boys are not delivering COD orders and selling it to the dealers on 4-5k premium and showing them deliver. This happened to my cousin to whom delivery boy told that he will not deliver your order and my cousin caught him selling phones to local mobile dealer.
Same happened with me. Courier guys were not delivering the product even though it reached in my city 2 days back. Today I had to locate their warehouse (dispatch center) and self pick up my iPhone from there.
Yes ekart employees are thinking to make profit out of this. Beware!!
