H60 is a better processor than SD660. 6GB+128GB will cover you for next 3-4 years 
Only thing missing is fingerprint sensor
So this can be considered as a budget phone if it’s available after all discounts and Cashback at around 10k, which seems possible if priced at ₹11990 for the sale period
I got realme 2 for my mom. I agree that the processor got downgraded but it was pretty good for a simple and moderate user. Before deciding on realme 1 please consider the following in comparison with realme 2:
1. Fingerprint reader
2. Dual camera
3. Big improvement in battery (realme 2 is a true power champ0
4. A lot better build qaulity with notched display.
Rest is up to you.
R2Pro 128GB version is for 18K..after discounts may be 16k.
R1Pro 128GB will be 10k.
Huge difference in price. +many tempting options close to 16k such as Honor play, 3k more for Poco

I’m facing an issue. When availing exchange offer ICICI discount is not getting properly applied. ie, after exchange value payable amount price comes to 6700+. So as per ICICI debit card offer there should be 670 Rs discount. Right ?. But instead payment page shows 127 Rs discount ! & To my surprise pockets virtual card shows 257 Rs discount with NO COST EMI. 
Same issue facing 9490 after exchange price but no 10%
if u want a good processor go with realme 1 but if u want notch design with finger print and dual camera with average processor go with realme 2. helio p60 is lot better than sdm 450
realme1 is not good for gaming..there is lagging issues in candy crush as well..better take honor 7x
