Terms and Conditions

1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is from HDFC Bank Limited (“HDFC”) under an arrangement with Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current HDFC Bank credit and/or debit (“Card”) and to whom a communication is sent by the Bank (“Cardholder”).

2. The validity of the Offer (“Validity of the Offer”) is from Apr 16th, 2016 to Apr 18th, 2016 unless extended by HDFC and/or Amazon at their sole discretion.

3. The Bank shall provide 10% cash back to the Bank’s debit and credit card holders (“Cardholders”), with a maximum cash back amount of Rs. 2000 per debit and/ or credit card, per successful transaction worth Rs.10000 or above from Apr 16th 2016 to Apr 18th, 2016 on purchase of any of the below categories:
a. Air Conditioners and Coolers
b. Laptops
c. Refrigerators
d. Televisions
e. Washing Machines

4. HDFC reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

5. Cashback to be credited in customers account by 18th July, 2016.

6. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

7. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

8. EMI transactions would be considered eligible for the cashback.

9. HDFC and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

10. Delinquent and over-limit HDFC credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.

11. HDFC bank Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

12. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC to conduct further, similar or other Offers.

13. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for HDFC Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.

14. All disputes between the Cardholders and HDFC, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

15. Offer not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.

16. Card payment on delivery will be considered for cashback.

17. Amazon shall not be held liable/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in relation to provision of the cashback by HDFC to the Cardholders under this Offer.
