I dont see anywhere that 20% supercash can be used in local stores
Go to mobikwik app then visit their use 20% super cash banner, then click on visit they will show near by stores and just tested it working flawlessly, didn’t go through the payment but just as you type the amount they indicate super cash consumption. Just make sure you intimate the shop keeper you are paying to.

You have to talk to the shop keeper I don’t think they will make a fuss about it. Mobikwik just asks for a specific amount from you which you want to pay to the shop owner/keeper. You can check in the UI of the app.
