Redemption Process:
Customer needs to show the communication at the VLCC centre in the form of an e-mail/ SMS/ Web banner on ICICI Bank website/ app notification received from ICICI Bank.
At the time of billing, VLCC centre will offer 20% discount on a minimum billing amount of Rs. 500 up to bill value Rs. 5,000. Maximum discount is up to Rs. 1,000.
